Deep expertise in banking and automotive sectors, including hands-on experience with IoT solutions, security hardening, and compliance frameworks.

As both architect and team lead, I bridge the technical side with strategic leadership, designing cloud-native solutions while mentoring developers and optimizing delivery processes. Experienced in consulting and client engagement, delivering infrastructure and software solutions that align technology with business objectives.

Where I create the most value

The six areas I am asked for most often. In practice an engagement usually spans several of them at once.

  • Cloud architecture

    Designing resilient, scalable infrastructure on AWS and Azure. Landing zones, networking, identity, and a clear migration path from where you are today.

  • Infrastructure as code

    Terraform and Terragrunt built for teams to own: reviewed, reusable, and versioned alongside the rest of the codebase, so every environment is reproducible.

  • CI/CD and GitOps

    Delivery pipelines in GitLab CI, GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, with ArgoCD keeping every cluster in step with what is declared in Git. Releases become repeatable and quick to ship.

  • Kubernetes platforms

    Helm charts, autoscaling and upgrades for Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters, plus the day-two practice that turns a platform into a lasting asset for the teams on it.

  • Observability and cost optimization

    Grafana as the single view over Loki, Mimir and Tempo, fed by Grafana Alloy. One place for metrics, logs, traces and infrastructure cost analysis. Stateless and Helm-managed throughout, with a Prometheus-compatible configuration available.

  • Technical leadership

    I set the technical direction of a project and run the team that delivers it. Technology picked for what the project actually needs, and a team that grows in knowledge while it delivers.
